All pieces advertised for sale on this web store are made to order. Unless the item ordered is received broken, or we made an error and sent you the incorrect item, we refund sales at our full discretion. If we made an error or there is a default in our workmanship, we will arrange for collection and replacement at our full cost. In the event that you mistakenly ordered the incorrect product we will do our best to accommodate you, however the return together with the re-delivery fee will be for your account.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or custom items.
Earrings (even if not custom) are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Changes to custom orders can result in the manufacturing process being delayed. Our usual turnaround times do not apply to orders that have to be adjusted.
Changes to the delivery address must be emailed to us before despatch. We will require all details including order number, new and updated delivery address and your contact details. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address. Address changes may result in an additional delivery fee which we will quote you for.
Dragonfire Beads will not be held liable for orders delivered to the incorrect address due to errors in details provided on your order.
